Have used Terry and her team in the past but this time was a real challenge, and everyone came through! The sellers had an internet realtor that did pretty much nothing, and was never available. Our deal could have fallen apart numerous times but the Moerler team kept that from happening. This was really the house of my dreams, after looking for 2 years, and I would have been heart-broken had it not gone through. Would advise to not go with internet realtors. I have purchased many houses, with good and mediocre realtors involved. From the first interaction I realized the is an entirely different experience. Instead of a lone realtor an entire team was fully engaged in simplifying and smoothing the process. Inspections were available, appraisals were professionally handled with comps in hand for the appraiser, and the interactions with the mortgage agents and banks were taken largely off our shoulders.
